Procedure for investing for Diaspora Clients:

In our quest to ensure that the process of acquiring land for Kenyans in diaspora is smooth, we follow a simple procedure as outlined below:

1. Select a project in which you would like to invest in and choose a representative who will view the plots on your behalf.
2. Contact us on +254 729 33 33 22 to schedule a site visit and link us with the representative who will view the plots on your behalf.
3. We then take your representative to view the project on your behalf. You will receive the feedback from your representative and once you decide on the plot to buy, we will give you a copy of the title deed to facilitate due diligence.
4. Once done with the due diligence, we will send you a copy of the agreement for perusal and signing after you are duly satisfied with the agreed terms. We will also sign and send the duly signed agreement after it has been stamped by the lawyer
5. The client makes the deposit or pays the whole amount based on the terms of agreement and receives a copy of the receipt
6. After completion of payment, the client sends a copy of id card/passport, 3 passport size photos and a copy of the KRA pin. The title deed is processed within 30 days after completion of payment and will be ready for collection at our office.
